BELT/ALL OVER PRINTING CAPABILITIES

Pacific Splash is well recognized as a market leader and a premier belt/all over printer
"When it comes to putting your creativity to garment…
"We're ALL OVER it!"

PRINT PLACEMENTS

Print placements for all over prints can range from:
Full front, Full back, High back, Front left or right chest, sleeves and wraparound prints – our all over print capabilities mean you can print anywhere on the garment.

Water Base And Water Base Discharge
Belt printing can only be done using water based inks and not Plastisol which is customarily used in most spot printing. Water base discharge actually discharges the existing dye in the fabric and replaces it with ink that is embedded directly into the fabric. This creates the softer feel of the print, because it is not a plastic ink that is printed on top of the fabric, rather, it is ink that has become a part of the fabric itself.

Pacific splash is well known throughout the industry to have one of the softest hands and the softest feel among all printers!

Seams, Collars, Cuffs And The Realities Of Belt Printing
*Please take note that seams, collars and cuffs are physical realities and printing over ribbed collars, seams and other areas that are not flat will have areas where ink will not be able to penetrate or overcome. Experienced garment sellers are well aware of the realities of belt printing.

Pacific Splash always does its best to flatten the garment and provide the highest quality print and achieve the greatest coverage possible for any belt print and is known for printing its all over’s well within acceptable industry standards.

CAROUSEL/SPOT PRINTING

Spot printing is what most people refer to when they consider a printed t-shirt and is typically or historically done using Plastisol. Plastisol is an oil based ink that is a polymer which makes it basically a plastic which almost never dries during manufacturing.

The disadvantage of spot printing using plastisol is the hard feel of the garment. However, Plastisol is known for having colors appear more vibrant than water based ink.

JUMBO PRINTING

Jumbo printing is larger spot printing and allows for printing on larger garments that do not fit on standard spot printing pallets. However, Jumbo printing is no substitute for real belt printing for an all over garment design.

HIGH SPEED PRINTED NECK LABELING

Pacific Splash has high speed neck labeling for the new wave of printing rather than sewing neck labels onto a garment. The advantages of a printed neck label is that it is an additional branding tool and feels much better than having a tag sticking into the back of your customers neck. In addition, a printed neck label cannot be replaced or torn off.

AUTOMATION

Pacific Splash’s highly automated plant guarantees consistent quality from one to one million pieces.

CUSTOM INK MATCHING SYSTEM

Pacific Splash’s custom ink matching system, with over 1100 proprietary, custom colors on file, enables us to provide our customers with a degree of repeatability not found in most shops.

ACCURACY

Pacific Splash can accurately reproduce your logo, fine artwork or graphic using up to 12 spot colors, our 4 color process or a simulated process.
